About the teaching

Alchemy of Touch^TM and Alchemy of Vitality^TM are composed of different techniques from Eastern and Western traditions, elevated and artfully woven together by Tapesh Paradiso and accentuated by the wisdom of Anouk Devi. For further information, visit www.alchemyoftouch.com.

The precision of the techniques and the meditative quality of the touch are of equal importance. In this meditative state the movements of fluidity and depth, the motion and stillness lead the receiver through a deep journey into presence.

This is a poetry of touch.

My name is Josephine Sköldstam and I am a qualified Alchemy of Touch^TM Multidimensional Bodywork Practitioner.

I embarked on this journey more than two decades ago, qualifying as a certified masseur by the Council of Swedish Massage and as a certified infant massage instructor by IAIM. The art of touch and the wisdom of the body fascinated me, and the search for knowledge led me to the teachings of Tapesh and Anouk.

I have completed the Level 1 & 2 Alchemy of Touch training, the Alchemy of Vitality training and multiple 1:1 masterclass trainings.

I am also a trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon and work part time as a consultant.
