Alchemy of TouchTM
This is a dynamic fusion of musculoskeletal and energetic techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, joint mobilization and rebalancing.
The techniques are integrated with wavelike movements, supporting nervous system regulation and softening of the fascia. The receiver often experiences deep relaxation and a sense of rejuvenation.
Alchemy of VitalityTM
This offers a journey through the belly, the hara. In eastern medicine the hara is considered to be the core of our life force energy – the Chi.
The Alchemy of TouchTM approach is blended with the ancient techniques of Chi Nei Tsang. Adhesions within the fascia layers of the belly are gently melted, and the movements support the unwinding of physical and emotional stagnation.
The length of a session is 90 minutes.
